We couldn’t expect better

We were three friends going for the trek Gokyo-Cho la Pass-EBC in 15 days. We were very happy by the service provided, the communication with Harka has been easy and clear. He welcomed us at the airport and dropped us few days after the trek. Harka took the time to explain the trek and introduce us to our guide Hari who has been the perfect guide all along the 15 days. One of us had severe altitude sickness but Hari remained calm thanks to his experience in the mountains and instead of sending him back with the helicopter as many people do, he prepared and suggested an alternative route first to go down by 600 metres for our friend to feel better and then to explore less touristic areas. It was a good alternative where we were immerged in the local culture. We had as well two porters Bikash and Shem who were both very reliable. Bikash went above and beyond our expectations along the trek. We finished the trek with a final dinner in Katmandu with Harka who invited us to try typical Nepalese food and get our feedback. Overall a great experience, we will be back! 😊
