Nepal is the best countries for the adventure lovers. We have 4 four seasons in Nepal. Autumn and spring are the best trekking seasons in Nepal. All the treks are available during this time. Summer is normally raining season in Nepal. Most of the treks are not feasible during this time because of raining. If you are looking a trek in summer season, we have some trekking route which are rain shadow area. You can do these treks in summer. The trek is peaceful, less crowed.

What temperature do we expect?
The summer is warm temperature in low altitude. You are doing high altitude trek. The minimum temperature will be around 0 Celsius at night and morning. And maximum temperature will be around 20-25 Celsius during the day in below trekking route.
Do we expect rain?
The lower altitude of the trek, you will expect some rain. When you go higher, there is less chance to rain.

Nar Phu Valley Trek is a one of the restricted, adventures and less touristic area treks in Nepal. You will explore basically beautiful landscape, Buddhist mane walls, stupas, Monasteries, Nar, Phu villages with the adventure Kangla pass 5320m and Annapurna Himalayas view.
Annapurna Round Trek is one of the most popular treks in the world. You will have a beautiful Annapurna Himalayas view, the biggest pass Thorung la 5416m, Chame, Pisang, Manang, Muktinath , Jomsom etc.
Upper Mustang trek is a perfect destination for visiting oldest Buddhists monasteries and many historical caves, attractive landscape. Tsarang Monastery, Lo-mangthang, Choser Cave, Chungsi cave , Dho, Yara Ghara and Ghar Gompa is the major attraction of this trek.
Lower Dolpo Trek will pass many people places Tarakot, Dho Tarap , Numala Pass, Bagala Pass and Phoksundo Lake. People life style and culture, buddhist mane walls, stupas, Monasteries, beautiful landscape, Himalayas view are another attractions of this trek. This trek is less touristic and hidden treasure , remote area of Nepalese Himalayas.
Upper Dolpo Trek is well known trek with less touristic and remote trek in Nepal. You will explore Biggest Phoksundo lake, many Historical and ancient Shey Gumba , Namgung Gumba, Yangjer Gumba during the trek. The Adventure Nangdalo (Kangla ) Pass 5360m, Sela (Shey) Bhanjang 5010m, Jyanta Bhanjyang 5221m are another attraction of this trek. You will explore many beautiful villages, Bon and Buddhist Gumbas, mane walls, Stupas, land scape etc.
