4 day Mardi Himal

Langtang Valley trek – November 2023

This was my third trek with Himalaya Trip and as always it was a great experience. I was efficiently met at the airport by my guide, Ramesh, and then fully briefed at the hotel by Harka Gurung before having an acclimatisation day prior to setting off. A day on the road there and back to the start point is not too onerous as it is interesting to see varying local sights and agricultural methods.

The trek itself in November was an excellent time of year as the weather, whilst quite cold at night, was clear and fine offering fantastic views and a walking programme which was well within my capabilities as a not so young trekker. My guide, Ramesh, was superb and looked after me very attentively and always found excellent accommodation. And my porter, Sandeep, carried my kit uncomplainingly and always with a smile on his face. The views from Kyanjin Ri are particularly spectacular and Ramesh ensured I made it to the top even though I was a bit puffy in the thinner air.

I fully recommend this trek and Himalaya Trip as the Company charge fair prices for a a very efficient and friendly service. It was another unforgettable experience and my thanks to all the team for giving me a great time, I will come again! “

Superb experience with everything

My 4 days and 3 nights Poon Hill solo trek in Nov 2023 with the Himalaya Trip was a superb experience. Fortunate to get connected with them via Google search. Harka is the owner of this professional trekking company. He arranged everything according to my needs. I find him very friendly and he even offered to drive me to the airport with his scooter. A perfect service including all meals and accommodation throughout the whole trip within my tight budget. Also, my guide Jay is patient, caring, easygoing, professional, and the best guide I could have. I had a super fun trekking trip with Jay cracking jokes and talking. Overall, I will recommend the Himalaya trip if you plan trekking in Nepal and as well as Jay as your guide. You will be well looked after and safe and get to enjoy the most with your trip. I will of course choose the Himalaya trip to organize my trip again when I come back for another trekking trip.

Ps the views are just amazing and as well as all Nepalese. And I don’t normally write reviews but they deserve all the compliments.

Mardi Himal Trek in November

My Wife and I have booked a Mardi Himal Trek in November 2023. We met Harka in Kathmandu to brief about our trek.  He is very kind and fast response. We have very good weather so beautiful Himalayas views from Mardi Himal Base Camp 4500m which is highest elevation of this trek. Our guide Surpa take care very well and booked nice accommodation all the places. We really enjoyed this trek. We highly recommend Mardi Himal Trek and Himalaya Trip. If you come back and we definitely use this company other trek in the future. Joseph

Excellent trip in Nepal

We had our trip to Annapurna base camp with Himalaya Trip in november and there were 9 hiking days. We really enjoyed the trip and organisation by the guide Surpa. Everything was thoroughly thought out, i.e accommodation, food, hiking distances etc. Surpa took a really great care of us and ensured us the safety of the trip and all the comforts. Supra is a very friendly, nice and helpful guide. We will definitely recommend Himalaya Trip and Surpa to our friends.

Happy and Unforgettable 4-day Poon Hill Trekking

Our 4-day Poon Hill trekking was very wonderful and unforgettable. Throughout the trek, the weather was favorable. Happy to witness a beautiful sunrise, stunning landscapes, and Snow Mountains. Had a great time with our guide Harka, and porters Umesh and Sandeep. Got some unique insights from them and had interesting conversations. Our first Nepal trekking journey was much more enjoyable and joyful. All thanks to Harka and the team for taking care of us throughout the journey.
